For this beer, the malt is all that matters. Achieving the colour by using kiln roasted malt, barley is the star of the show. Named after the dark wood of Africa, this one has a chasm of depth and character. Tasting notes of coffee and chocolate, this beer would be perfect from breakfast through to dessert.
Best enjoyed… beef, pies, stew and desserts. Basically anything heavy or sweet!
