Russian Imperial Stout
This beer style is a Russian Imperial stout brewed originally by the English for the Russian Imperial Courts. There’s nothing subtle about it. We brew this every year in the dead of winter, it’s as black as any beer can be made. High alcohol and highly rich roast makes it beautiful but dangerous with some dark undertones. While we name most of our beers after trees, we thought the wooden structure used for a cremation best suited this one. Hope you enjoy!
