Six frozen pies made by Gumnut Patisserie!
These are the best pies ever, no wonder they win so many awards!
The beef is braised overnight in our Phoenix D. Kottbusser across the street from the brewery by our friends at Gumnut Patisserie. It’s then pulled apart and added to their homemade Smokey BBQ sauce, along with a few vegetables and scooped into a savoury short pastry, and lidded with real butter puff pastry top.
